"Okay guys, hopefully this'll be the last time we do this, so bear with me. My name is Kiara Pound, and I was bitten by a radioactive lion spider, and for the past 5 months, I've been the one and only Spidermane. I'm pretty sure you guys know the rest. I saved my town a couple of times, I learned that I could talk to animals, started up my own no-kill animal shelter, saved my town some more, and recently taught myself how to run and jump across rooftops on all fours. I also recorded some ASMR and some audiobooks, made a lot of friends (both human and animal alike), and through it all, I was helped by my family, who had never left my side. And just like any other Spider-person, I am resilient and determined. No matter how many times I get hit, I always find a way to get back up. There are so many people and animals that are depending on me to help them. And I have made it my solemn vow to protect them in any way I can. And if I were to fail, I'll make damn sure to avenge them."

Okay, so I actually got this finished last night, but I wasn't able to actually post it because my dad really wanted me to go to bed. So, here we are lol I'm honestly surprised that there isn't a lion themed Spider-person yet. I guess this means I'm the very first! I absolutely loved the Spider Verse movies that we've gotten thus far, and I can't wait to see the new one. And I simply must say that I am loving this character and how she looks. Maybe I'll draw her more often? And in case you're wondering, yes. I did name her after Kiara from the Lion King franchise, because lion lol I also didn't know that lion spiders existed until a few minutes ago when I was writing that paragraph. They live in Madagascar, and from my understand, are about the size of the palm of your hand. Hope you guys enjoy!
