This photo is from a group project started earlier this year for Tafe. We came up with a theme of 'Types of Abuse' or 'A Harmful Influence' and individually shot a series of six images.This particular image is relating to animal abuse, however can also apply to many types of abuse.
As I have used a little bit of symbolism in my images so far, this image is essentially depicting a human portraying an animal.
I'm not sure whether this will be a final image or not, but I thought I'd post it anyway to show what I've been up to recently with my Tafe work!

this is very confusing, u have the drugs too low
and the model too high, they seem disjointed,
it's hard to view one or the other, it needs to flow
more. because right now the eye focus's too
much on the model in the cage, if u were to
have say, her hair flowing down to the drugs,
or arrange the leaves better the eye would
follow and this piece would be better.
I'm a bit worried that this sounds mean, i'm
trying to give advice, i took two years in
photography. and i found it easiest
to just have someone point out
this sort of thing out to me so i
could fix it next go. it might also
look better if u cropped it tighter
and had the model look or reach
to the prop, because right now
it looks like u just randomly
put it there. or if ur focusing on animal
abuse, just cut out the drugs altogether
