I was experimenting with this (well, I always am) and was trying to do something sorta Shane Glines-ish, like really stylistic with elements of traditional oil painting. Glad you like it.

It is a brush! Just a basic one that comes with Photoshop...I think it's "oil heavy flow dry edges."
