Yep, I was gonna draw a snowy backdrop of some sort but I'm not that great at backgrounds so I thought it'd probably just end up detracting from the image.

Really good job, it looks very soft. my only suggestion would be that the wing looks like its just been stuck on, or like its behind the body. perhaps if it was overlapping a little? but other than that, I love it

I see mythical creatures drawn all the time, and it's always unicorns and dragons(I'm not saying either are bad, though).

It's a nice change of pace to see a gryphon. I like them a lot, and they see one of the less respected of the mythical creatures.
