This is a Lammergeier, also called a bearded Vulture, and Snow Leopard griffin hybrid.

The lammergeier is a bone eating vulture, who's feathers are naturally white, but the lammergeier applies cosmetics by rolling and fluffing in iron rich soil staining its feathers. The darker red the feather the higher ranked they are.
