The color is done by Photoshop, and the character belongs to a movie. Nobody draws him dragon because it is a film for children.

Now I´m curious, what is the film he´s from? Actually I like to watch cartoons, (well, not all of them) because it´s not nesessarily that the movie is bad because it is "for children", it can still be a good movie. Take Hayao Miyazaki´s movies for example. I just love those...

The English version of this movie is called dragons destiny of fire and the Spanish version is dragones destino de fuego
