You can do it at Illustrator for easy way. o.o

Nice, I think this will actually be useful for a variety of things! Even if I don't have photoshop or whatever, it will probably work on some other software. (At least the rotating and layers. And some of the effects. )

Question: when you add a layer and put the image in the ornate circle, wouldnt some go out? Or does it auto cuts into the frame?
