Description O.k...This is pretty original. I was thrown for a loop when I saw this guy. Also, he was dressed as a very classy spider man later on that weekend. Can you say, "Someone has a little too much free time..."?

Studio Ghibli is one of the best to watch. I love Spirited Away, it's a good transition into Japanese anime from american animation.

I love all the Ghibli films. It just reaches out to you and tugs at your heart. My bf watched Spirited Away last night, and was really sentimental about it. Most guys won't act that way over a movie

My boyfriend is stubborn I've been trying to convince him to see the imbetweeners movie (its not sentimental but it's funny) I've only managed to get him to see films that I want to watch a few times (one of them was my birthday)

kaze333 In reply to Lozzy-sama [2011-09-28 13:49:30 +0000 UTC]

Try duck taping him to the seat and not letting him get up until the movie is done. Just kidding. Some guys are stubborn like that. Hope you can figure out a way to get him to watch more movies with you.

lmao i like that idea XD

I managed to get him to see my sister's keeper yesterday on sky movies

he was gonna go on sky movies horror/sci fi channel (i don't mind sci fi but i watch loads of it with him)

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

kaze333 In reply to Lozzy-sama [2011-09-30 15:57:14 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. lol. I thought you would like that comment. Wow, I haven't even watched my sister's keeper yet. Is it any good?

I watch some sci fi too, just not the horror kind. Today's horror movies aren't what they used to be. Some of the ones from when my parents were in high school were psychological scary. Those movies would mess with your mind.

Maybe, try telling him that if he watches something you want, you'll watch something he wants too. Make it easier to compromise on movies. lol.

True. I do love a show/movie that's much more interesting than "reality". Star wars is one of the best movies I've seen. I'll have to get into Dr Who a bit. I've seen a lot of people dressed up as him at the anime con.

At the anime con's I mainly see pokemon, naruto, and bleach cosplayers. I think I've only seen a darth vader cosplayer last year, when it comes to star wars. This year, we had some star trek cosplayers.

kaze333 In reply to Lozzy-sama [2011-10-08 12:31:39 +0000 UTC]

The star trek cosplayers were actually really good. They didn't look bad at all. I think they were gearing their cosplay more towards the star trek movie that came out a couple years ago. It still wasn't too bad. I think I'm gonna keep my temari cosplay for future cons. It took me a couple of weeks to do the kimono, and part of it I had to hand stitch because the fabric was way too thick.
