thank you!! do you mean like how to draw digitally? 
I use paint tool SAI and I personally bought a art drawing tablet to make it easier to draw on there.
people post a bunch of tutorials in how to shade etc here as well <3 I'm self taught though, I have a hard time teaching others but I try. but there are people who draw with mouse but i'm telling ya now, that can be very tough,, I used to do it and it don't work right with me, I say getting a drawing tablet is the first step to start digital art. my tablet is a wacom intous. <3

but if your talking about like how to do moving animations, I apologize, I have no clue how to animate :c but if I ever figure out how I'd definitely let you know <3
