A minor nitpick:
The right girl is not Maria but Gianna after using the equivalent of a fire flower.
Maria is in the Commodore/Amiga game and the new PC game, but not in the DS game.

Well, I wasn't proportioned with reference, I was shown the DS game version and in base to that did the comic
I really don't know the characters and that's why I ask references

And there is a bit of symbolism behind the transformation of Giana and Maria:
Time Warp began developing a sequel which was announced as Giana 2: Arther and Martha in Future World, a new game with a futuristic setting. However due to the trouble caused by the legal pressure coming from Nintendo, it was deemed too risky for the small developer to once again produce a game associated with the Giana Sisters brand.Β Time Warp renamed the game Hard'n'Heavy, and changed the game's protagonists into robots rather than the Giana sisters, and was released in 1989.
Here, Giana (the redhead) is turned into the Player 1 robot Heavy, while Maria (the blonde) is turned into the Player 2 robot Metal.
