not to say i can't abide the rules but i truly do not understand them, kinda like taking 3 steps forward then 2 steps back, i mean, you vetoed all my requests last time simply cause i asked if you did requests... just kinda seems counter productive :\

That's because rule 1 in specific tells to don't ask me if I do request
I have received this question numerous times that it has become offensive and annoying
I post almost everywhere "Info about request and suggestions on my profile page" (Which has as my ID image a big image saying if request are open or not)
So asking "Are you doing request?" is kind of insulting, you know?
