I have a question does she just grant wishes how you intennd them to be or does she twist them to her own design? for example if you wished for a oasis due to being in the desert would you get a normal boring one of would you get one inhabited with pregnant naiads, surrounded with palm trees that are the home of a group of pregnant dryads, which a tribe of penguins make their home and in exchange for the water (which makes any female humanoid pregnant, tuns any female non-humanoid into a female pregnant humanoid and makes any male ito a maieusiophile) they require you to join their religion that worships pregnant naiads and dryads? Because for the love of all the pregnant goddesses and all the pregnant women in greek mythology* please say that she twist wishes. PLEASE.
*yes some of the greek gods may be slightly insane and yes there are a few monsters that may try to kill you but any mythology where the gods bless us with loads** of pregnant women make up for all of that.
** just think for a second how many times a greek god makes some one pregnant and pretty soon you realise that greek mythology is almost pefect* for a Maieusiophile.
