As Is she a mutated human, a alien from another planet similar to your previous aliens or is she from a alternate reality which is all female and all pregnant?
Because I need to know for research for the army you are building as if her powers are caused by a mutagen then research into industrial scale creation of the mutagen should be invested in, if shes an alien then research into Ftl space crafts and wormholes should be conducted while a diplomatic branch should be created to form an alliance with her planet and if shes from a alternate reality then research into portals should resarched and you should form a diplomatic branch to negotiate with her reality.

Well, almost all my characters are from an all-female, all-pregnant alternate reality. This one specifically is in that universe too, and is prolly a mutant human.
