Actually, I'm not missing the point. I'm just being a smartass. I can understand your reasonings behind not wanting your *. Unless you're a serious DA user and submit alot of artwork and can make the most use out of all the features, it's practically worthless. Not to mention, it's kind of pointless to only have 'em for a week. And, unless you regularlly browse through DA, and like to kill your bandwidth by viewing as many deviations as possible with huge thumbnails, it's not really worth it.
Plus, ya know, search always being broken, you can never use it anyway. So it's pointless to even try at this point. I don't t hink it's ever worked. And, if it has, that would surprise the hell out of me.
But, me, I just like being a smartass. It's what I do. It's my "thing". So, yea, I understand your reasonings and don't have any problem with them. Because they are justifiable reasonings.

I remember some years ago, I had found DA by accident. Back then, I was only watching. I stopped coming after some weeks or months, when they restricted the use of the search system. So yes, it worked before.

Become a Deviant Tester type guy. They get a different symbol. Beta tester, I think that's it.
Plus, y'know, 10% is low, but then, it'd be pretty expensive to get your own printing and framing stuff, not to mention such a high publicity place to sell it from.
Besides, I think if you offered most of your stuff as prints the profits would go to Marvel and peoples becuase it's fan art ^_^;;;

In retrospect, all of DA probably isn't made up of greedy, arrognant bastards. I'm just a little ticked at DA's subscription filling my screen with offers I couldn't care less about.
