Being an employee at Jack's comes with a lot of perks, including a 30% discount on meals, an $11.85 an hour salary, and a boss who's always willing to go out of his way to help you if you're struggling. But working at Jack's also means you're expected to be on time. If you don't call in, and show up more than 15 minutes late for your shift, you will be escorted to the basement storage area, which also houses Jack's "Wedgie Wall".

All employees are required to wear designated uniform briefs under their uniform pants at all times. These are made of an extremely durable and stretchy fabric, and employees taken to the Wedgie Wall will be hung from one of the seven hooks available, one minute of hanging time for every minute they were late past fifteen minutes, and then make up for that time during their shift. As we can see, Adam found this out the hard way when he started working for his father in high school. His hanging time was twenty minutes.
