A gift for I was browsing around and well I saw his cute balloonie latias. Ideas immediately ran through my head about comics and other things and well while trying to draw a Latias out I thought why not give someone something ^_^ Hope ya like it. Forgot to add this in, the clouds are actually supposed to be some pokemon, the one on the top might be hard to name, but I'm sure someone may get it ^_^ Hint in the image, based moreso on gender than anything else XD
