Here's something different from things I often do. It's actually an illustration for my friend's fanfic: Fate/Mega, which is about the journey of a young Lucario who strives to become the one and only survivor among other Mega pokemon through a brutal Mega war. The fanfic is awesome. Unfortunately it's not in English but if you guys are interested I may translate a demo chapter for you guys to enjoy when I have time.
This particular scene is where the young Lucario and his mentor faces one of their enemies - a fearsome one-horned Houndoom.
I did this piece using a mouse and experienced a few new ways with it. Somewhat satisfied with the outcome, still have a long way to go though.
