It's not like copyright characters like in the cartoons. Personal characters like Vincent are personal and restricted to only their owners and anyone who has permission. You blackmailing her is against the legal rights and you using her character without permission is against copyright national law.
Speaking of which in Muslim culture and West Africa they have a law against stealing. Doesn't it go like this? Punishment for stealing is getting your hand chopped off. I think you should think about more so the laws dealing with that as well, because copyright as I said is also a federal offense.

Ok, girl this is not legal. Vincent is KillerGirlFuria 's OC, and you can't publish any drawing of him without the her permission. And you DON'T have it. You are using somebody else's character without their permission and that is stealing. And blackmail? really? You cannot do that either. Do you honestly think KGF will actually create an OC for you that way? Gosh, why can't you create your own OC? It's not that hard!
