Description
I haven’t shared one of these in a while so I thought I would with this one, especially since Troy can’t be seen too well in the finished product.
I had the idea of it being dark and foggy/smokey from the beginning when I started drawing, but like most of the time during my process, I start to change my mind and consider going different routes. There was a moment where I was thinking maybe I wanted his face to be more visible or to even abandon the initial idea, (hence why you see me fiddle with his expression for a bit) but then I went back to what I first had in mind and ended up obscuring a lot of him to try and capture the vibe I was going for.
This gives a behind the scenes view however of how he looks underneath all the smog and darkness. He has a pretty harmless surprised, curious expression! Not nearly as spooky.
The 3D models in Clip once again helped with figuring out the layout of the scene, and perspective for this one!
