see what I did there? Because there's a spider called a wolf spider, and he's part spider and wolf.....Well this is a random dridder OC I came up with after decideing to mess with some color pallets that were free to use and found on this site.
I've been wanting to make another dridder character, so I figured it'd be perfect! As a person who is afraid of spiders, I must say this guy would kind of give me the creeps. ;w; When they're hairy/furry like this it just makes my fear worse. Yet I still draw a character like that! XD I was too lazy to draw all eight legs so.... they're in the back somewhere and out of view.... VwV
I have no name for him yet.... >w> I'll try and add a bio here soon.

Yeah I thinking about that too, perhaps it could be at night as well? I'd like to think he does his hunting and lurking about at night mostly. For added effect~ Also that's a good question! I think I'll make him 86ft. He still needs a name ugh......

Alright and night time if fine, makes sense to me and makes it more spoopy. And 86 feet is fine. Don't worry about the name for now though...don't think Amber would even want to stick around to know that.

I'll start~
'This is just greeeeat.' One green hired girl thought as she walked through the woods, trying to get home. Why she just didn't take the sidewalk you may ask? This was just a quicker way to her home, and the piece and quiet from the cars was always nice as well. But this night however, not only had she gotten lost, she didn't have her flashlight and was now just wandering around in the dark. Her phone had died a while ago so using the light on that was out and she couldn't even call for help. Alright Amber think, do any of trees ring a bell? Does anything at all ring any bells? There just gotta be something tha- She didn't finish that thought as she tripped on a tree root, tumbling forward into a ditch, landing on her back. The girl groaned,muttering something before trying to sit up...only to find out she couldn't. She tried once more but still the same result. She couldn't move and trying to break free only made it worse but that's not the only thing her pointless struggles were doing...

Ah, the darkness.... it was a wonderful thing, there's so many things you can do when it's pitch black. The secrecy of the shadows.... perfect for a predator on the hunt. This particular predator made his traps early in the morning, because it usually took a while to make. Then, he would collect. After already paying a visit to three othe traps, he was already quite satisfied, though decided to at least take a look at his very last one. As he made his way over, he could already feel small vibrations as whatever was caught struggled, that was a good sign. "Maybe I can have just one more morsel....." He licked his lips while making his way across his web, his red, pupil-less eyes glowling menacingly. He sniffed the air a bit, confused by the scent he got. Odd..... he wasn't too familiar with it.... ah well, he always liked to try new foods. Though when he got closer, and was almost right over the wrigging meal, he discovered that the reason he didn't really recognize the smell was bescause..... he had caught a human. "Ooo~ What do we have here....." Although it probably couldn't be seen, there was now a large grin plastered on his face. He lowered himself down, so close to her that every exhale from him could now be felt. "Are you stuck there?~" An obvious question, one that he already knew the answer to.....

The girl yelped when the strange voice suddenly spoke. looking up, only to be met with red eyes as she let out a gasp. Whatever it was had to be huge considering the fact that she could feel his warm breath wash over her, which didn't smell too good by the way. It sent a shiver up her spine as this continued, as she tried to scoot back away from this large being...only to go nowhere thanks to being stuck. How she wish she had brought her flashlight, none of this would have happen and she might just see who creepy red eyed creep was. She wanted to say something snarky in return to what he just asked but all that came out was a whine as she just tried one last time to escape, clearly unnerved from the whole thing.

Watching her squirm about and try to get free would probably entertain him for hours...... however he wanted to interact with her more..... Since it wasn't everyday that he got to with a human, he decided to take advantage of it. Her little whine only added to his amusemnt..... He used one of his sharp claws and began to cut her out. As the last strand of webbing was severed, he wasted no time in plucking her little form up, dangling her in front of his face. "Mmm..... I think I'll save you as a snack for later....." He decided aloud, spinning out some new webbing and wrapping it around her body like a cocoon. "For now, you'll be my little prize~" Once she was all bundled up he held her in a lose fist before heading off the web for home.

She eventually quit squirming, getting a little tired from all the wiggling around. But she was actually surprised when she was able to move one of her limbs. Was this strange being cutting her loose? After the last strand was cut, the green haired girl had no time to react as she felt something on the back of her shirt, her feet leaving the ground. Now she was worried. And it only got worse when he deemed her as not only a snack for later but some kinda prize. "H-Hey wait I-" But she didn't have time to finish as she felt more sticky webbing wrapping around her body, pinning her arms in place. Wait a minute, the sticky web from earlier...and the webbing now wrapped around her. It was like she was some common fly caught in a spiders web...then that means...her captor had to be some kinda spider! But why was he so huge?! The girl began to struggle, wiggling around in his grasp as true panic and fear began to take hold."Cmon! Let me go!" She cried out, wanting to sound brave but it only came out as a whiny squeak, her voice cracking.

He merely laughed at her asking to be let go, and tightened his grip some more. "Yeah I don't think so, it's not that easy..... but nice try little morsel~ I almost feel sorry for you......" Not really, her little whiny squeak was priceless and quite satisfying. "Tell me, how did you get caught? Every story I hear is a new one....." She wasn't the first human he's caught, just the first in a long while. The reasons he'd hear were always funny to him. All did have one thing in comman though, they would beg to be released. What a futile request...... "I wonder what flavor you are....." He inquired to himself, rasing her to his face again. He was so tempted to get just one little taste..... though he controlled himself, for now..... "Bet you're sweet...." An odd-sounding purr emanated from his throat the more he thought about it.

Amber continued to struggle but stopped once the large beast's grip on her tightened. With the tight grip plus the webbed cocoon around her, her chances of escaping were now slim...more slim then earlier. And he had his nerve. Why even bother holding a conversation with him, it's very clear she's just food to him and at the thought of being some spider's food made her shiver. Why does he even care? It's like he enjoyed her suffering. Might as well humor him, even it it did prolong the inevitable... "I...I tripped and fell..." She whispered, waiting for him to laugh at her.
But she yelped when she was lifted up to his face, her fear filled green eyes looking into his glowing red eyes. And as the beast purred at her, the more dire the situation felt to her. She really was nothing but food. It was clear begging wouldn't help and wiggling around would only entice him. But she had to do something. "P-Please! L-Let me go! I like living!" She pleaded, struggling as best as she could in the tight grip.

Her answer was..... not what he expected. She merely fell into his trap? That was the most pathetic one he had heard yet..... "Haha! All you did was trip and you were in my trap? That is the saddest story I've gotten from a victim ever..... I don't think anyone will ever beat it. Congratulations morsel, a human hasn't made me laugh out loud with their story for a while...."
Her wriggling and struggling made it so very hard for him to not want to just make a snack of her now.... She was squirming about just like trapped fly would, and his instincts were nearly yelling at him to just gobble her up. "Keep moving around like that I won't be able to control myself much longer...... If you do like living that much, then I think you should stop." He said with a large, menacing grin, wondering if he'd be able to even hold out until tomorrow. "Maybe if you don't speak and stop moving around so much...... Then you'll live~"

She knew he would laugh at her but she didn't find it this funny. At first she wasn't sure but now she can confirm that this monster is just toying with her, waiting for the right opportunity and setting to eat her. It didn't help her case at all and made her feel awful. This really was how she was gonna die. She was just about to say some sort of smart remark but that thought was instantly gone with this giant's next words. he couldn't help trying all she could to escape but at his demand She just...stopped, thought the girl was still quivering in fear. Amber hung her head in defeat, not even making eye contact with the beast, any longer and she might faint.

He tilted his head to see her go limp so quickly.... it was the fastest someone has ever listened to him. Usally, when he told them something like that..... they squirmed even more. "Mmm~ Very nice....." He used a clawed finger to lift her head back up so he could see her face better. "You listen well, morsel..... maybe you won't be a snack at all....." The thought of him just keeping a human never crossed his mind..... but he was starting to consider the idea. It would be interesting, and if he grew bored of her, he could always still eat her. It was perfect! "Yes..... in fact you know what? From now on, you're going to be my little pet~" Khan officially decided, eyes searching her face for a response.

Amber flinched away when she felt her head lift up. She really didn't want to look at him for a number of reason but upon what he said her eyes shot open. Was he really not gonna eat her? Maybe she had a chance, maybe she might be able to go home after all. But once she heard what he said next, she went pale. First food and now a pet?! Did her life mean nothing to him? "Pet?!" She shouted. She didn't know what was going on but she clearly wasn't happy. Her fear left her for a moment but only to be replaced with anger. His toying around was already poking at her nerves but this was the final straw. "Y-you can't do that! I'm a human and I have rights! You can't just treat me like some kinda animal!" She yelled out at him, chest heaving as she fumed with anger. Once calmed down however, she had realized what she had said and instantly her fear returned, remembering her situation. "Wait I-I didn't mean to yell. I-I just..." Amber looked into eyes with a panicked, fear filled look on her face before struggling one more time. "I JUST WANNA GO HOME! LET ME GO! I DON'T WANNA BE YOUR PET!" She shouted, trying her hardest to wiggle free.

There that flare again, which he was starting to like from her..... He didn't just say that for a reaction though, he was pretty serious about it. "Rights? What rights? We're deep in the forest, morsel. There are no special little human rights out here~" He wasn't angerd by her outburst in the slightest, just highly entertained. "Don't worry, I forgive you....." He replied camly, though still held a creepiness to his tone that always seemed to be there.... "You'll just have to learn that behavior like that gets you nowhere,and that no matter how much you yell, scream, or struggle....." He paused, changing his holding method so that she was now pinched by the waist between two of his fingers. "You'll never see your old home again!" He then pinned arms to her sides, and started to wrap her whole body up in webbing.

Khan comes up from behind, looking over her struggling figure for a moment before spinning more webbing over her. "Trying to get free? I don't think so..." He hadn't caught a human in a while..... this was quite the treat. "And how did you get stuck on there, hm?~"

Her struggles soon become even more useless when she is surrounded by even more silk. Almost reminding her a little of a sleeping bag...only much more sticky and less comfortable. "Ahhh....no...this isn't good.." she groaned before looking up, flashing a cheesy smile. "Umm...uhh...hello...pleasant day for a stroll?" she questioned with a nervous laugh.

Khan returned her smile with a large, sharp-toothed grin. "You're right, it always seems like a nice day for catching little human morsels~" He growled out. "Looks like you're pretty stuck there..... want to get lose?" It seemed like a simple enough question, however when it came to this dridder..... there was probably a catch.

At his choice of words she felt herself suddenly go stiff, while laughing again in nervousness. Wondering what in the world could a huge monstrous dridder want with a tiny human like her. And that grin didn't exactly ease her worries. "Oh...umm...haha...y-yeah...t-that would be nice...i-it is k-kind of a little tight and stuffy in here if y-you d-don't mind.." she explained awkwardly while trying to squirm in the webbing again.

"Yes, yes of course.... can't have you uncomfortable can we?~ Heheheh......." Brining out a sharp claw, the dridder moved in and quickly swiped it across her form, slicing the webbing. His free hand awaited below for her to drop into, which quickly closed into a firm and tight fist. "There we go little morsel~ Is that better?" He asked with a wide, toothy grin, knowing very well that his grip could have been a lot better than it was. "You know morsel...." Khan continued, not even waiting for her to answer. "I think I'm having second thoughts..... about eating you I mean. Humans are a rare find around here..... and you are kind of cute, be a shame to waste such an adorable widdle face....." He spoke in a babyish voice, pouting his lips as he squished her face a bit between two fingers. Surprisingly that was done rather gently.... or at least not enough to hurt. "Hmm.... yes, I think I'll keep you alive, aren't you lucky?~"

Seeing those claws move in for a swipe, she couldn't help but let out a squeak of fear. Soon finding herself going from being trapped in a web, to being trapped in a tight grip. Instinctively trying to squirm out of them.The dridder's words making her feel uneasy. Making a small 'mm' sound when her cheeks were lightly squished, lips pierced, before giving a helpless nod unable to put her answer to words while her face was like this.

His large grin quickly vanished when she didn't give a non-verbal response. "Why aren't you speaking?" He asked, sounding offended. Then he realized..... his fingers were still squishing her face. That probably made it rather difficult to talk..... "Oh! Haha.... you can't speak can you? My bad~" He removed his fingers, then patted her head roughly. "All better~ Come morsel, I'll show you my cave~" His many legs began to go into motion, covering ground quite quickly and surprisingly quietly.

Feeling like a pet hamster in the way he petted her head, though her face was thankfully no longer suffering abuse from the squishing. She gave a sigh, she lifted a hand to massage her face before looking up as she saw that they were no on the move. "S-so...y-you a-are planning t-to keep me?" she wanted to confirm what she heard.
