It's been hot lately here at home... and the AC is doin' noth'n 'bout it... AC used coolness = it's ineffective!
It's been a long time since I last drew any of my hetalia PH OCs xD
so here's a little fanservice from Kuya Visayas!

Philippines: Magtiyaga ka (deal with it) *fumbling with camera*
Visayas: but it's really hot! even Kuya Luzon drinking coffee in this heat ain't helping at all!
Luzon: Problema mo sa kape ko! (what's your problem with my coffee!) *continues drinking coffee*
Visayas: Ok that's it! *takes off shirt*
