So, about a week or so ago, I created a poll and asked my royal sisters if anyone wanted me to create new formal gowns for their princesses. There actually wasn't that many responses to it, but I did what I could.
Next in this series is the lovely Princess Lisa! I kinda ripped off my own OC's design for this one, with the hanging panniers around the skirt. But all the same, it looks fantastic. Lisa has a lot of colors, so I just added them all into the panniers so none would be left out.
