History:
Cass is the eldest of her little family, she found herself responsible for her younger siblings with the absence of their mother: who was a beautiful yet fickle thing, never staying in one place for long. Her father, she knew not, but could only conclude that he was similar to her mother. An obscure figure who found love in a sudden fit of passion. Two shooting stars finding each other, in the middle of the night. But only staying together until they found themselves bored and tired of their domestic play. Thus, Cass took the role of being mother-hen for much of her youth.

This led to her dream -no her goal- of being able to settle somewhere properly. To provide a good environment for her younger siblings. With Cass at the age of twenty, eventually her path led the little Nocte family to Cliffside. They began in a cramped rented apartment, but it was a start that Cass was determined to make work.

After working several jobs, many long nights, and careful saving, Cass eventually opened the Midnight Sonata cafe - a little night cafe in a cozy nook of the city at twenty-five. The cafe caters to college students, night-owls, and creatures of the night of all sorts. Soft music can be heard from the doors, welcoming those who wander inside to take a break from their worries for awhile until morning.

✧Calming Aura: A handy skill when dealing with angry customers, Cass emits a soothing aura that affects those within her vicinity. The effect can last for a couple of minutes after leaving the aura. Those with magical resistance or strong enough willpower are capable of resisting this effect, however.

✧Demas Utkan | 28 | Employee | A gruff and seemingly scary man, Cass gave Demas a chance to fill in the position as cook. And he’s been a valued employee ever since, with his surprising skill in the kitchen. They’re on rather friendly terms.
✧Connor Macbride | 32 | ??Friend?? | How could she forget the man who ordered ten shots of espresso? But other than that, she simply can't get him out of her head as of late...Connor is an unforgettable (and rather handsome) face.
