I have made mentioned this before but when people think of immortality ships now they think it's nothing but p*dophile how can it be when the oldest tale is about over 1000 years old and it's still popular I'm talking about Hades x Persephone but whenever other immortality ships are mentioned they're considered to be iky cause of the age difference but when one is immortal it does not count I'll give one example which is better modern times; Beetlejuice and Lydia she almost married him while under the circumstances but people forget she was in highschool in the movie while the cartoon had her in middle school and the movie is the original source so technically it's not gross at all she just didn't want to marry him cause of the trickery he did and yet in the cartoon they're the best of friends also no one really mentions it but Aang and Katara is another immortality ship that people over look Aang is over 100 years old while Katara is fourteen (I don't ship it cause it's immortality i just don't like their chemistry)
But the point is when it comes to immortality it shouldn't matter cause for one mainly it's FICTIONAL and two said characters are suppose to be agelessness so technically if the other character grows up there's nothing wrong so I really understand why it's such a big deal don't mind if people don't want to ship it fine but to gatekeep anyone who does I don't understand at all
