Here's the wise and reliable Old Iron himself, EDWARD THE BLUE ENGINE! Out of the extensive list of characters from the series, both books and TV show, EDWARD remains one of my top three favorite characters! He reminds me of many mentors I have or had. Therefore, what he represents is sentimental for me, which is probably why I like him so much! LOL

Thomas and Friends is property of Mattel, the TV show made by Bitt Alcroft, while its characters and The Railway Series were originally created by the late Rev. Wilbert Awdry (1911-1997). I grew up with some VHS tapes and wooden railway sets of Thomas and Friends, and I wanted to pay it respect.
