SEA ROGUE appears in the episode "PIRATE" and is my favorite side-character from TUGS. He befriends TEN CENTS, SUNSHINE, and GRAMPUS after they help rescue his uncle from being held hostage by "pirate tugs".

TUGS (1988-1989) was a show created by David Mitton (1939-2008) and Robert D. Cardona, who worked on Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends during its live-action, model seasons. Due to a series of unfortunate events, TUGS only had 13 episodes. This show has a special place in my heart, and I wanted to pay it some respect.
