Oh forgot to mention, make sure your frame rate is the same as your video in the SWF settings.

As for the flash thing, I actually didn't do any of it. As I explained it to in my Angel Statue page, I used a free program called "Free Video to Flash Converter" from this [link] .
If you choose to try that program out, here is what you have to do. After prerendering an uncompressed video from the program of your choice, simply drag and drop the video file into this converter. In the SWF format settings, uncheck Audio (unless you have one) and change the Bitrate to "4 Mbit/s". The dimension can be changed independently, so you are not constrained to the default video resolutions. Once that's all set up, hit convert and it'll work its magic.
Just a precaution though, be sure to read through all the installation pages if you want to try this program out because it would ask you if you would like to install all these extra junk programs.

It works good i get a little black line at the bottom of my render but i would guess that's just me doing something wrong
