A capture card can be used to play your xbox 360, Playstation 3, or anything with A/V cables, or even component cables; onto your computer. I also believe HDMI, too.

Yeah, you can get your hands on it. They sell them at best buy, circuit city. Any electronic store. Where I found the generic one for ten dollars was a store called Aldi. Not sure if there is any by you.

Well there are two ways. One way involves you having Xbox Live. You take the screenshot and boom it goes to your account on Bungie. The other way is to have your xbox 360's hard drive connected to your computer, to retrieve the screenshots.
