This is rather beautiful The flowers and plants blooming from her head are really vibrant and very detailed, which really gives this piece life (pun partially intended). I'm amazed at the precision of some of the painting, like the petals of the rose and the delicate addition of secondary colours in the yellow flowers. I also like the use of coffee for skin tone.
I'm not sure what I think of the hands. The one on the left is probably fine, even though it's a little less defined than the rest of the body, but it took me a little bit to realise the second hand/arm was resting on the leg closest to the viewer. I think, for a little more distinction, try slightly emphasising a finger such as the thumb. I believe I can sort of see the hand shape if I focus, but that area's too sketchy to make out clearly. I'm on the fence with the coffee ring between her legs -- it's visually appealing but I can't tell if it was accidental, on purpose, meant to convey something, etc. Last bit is the smudging around the woman's lips and the exposed shoulder: they stand out more than they should. But I do understand things like that are difficult to avoid sometimes.
Overall, this is a very nice piece. There's some small things to refine, naturally, and lots of things done well (did I mention how much I liked the flowers? because I really do). The mix of techniques is interesting and appear to work well together. You should try something like this again.
