Description
This was always one of my favorite dresses in Sailor Moon. I think it fit Usagi's personality perfectly.

I'm always at a loss though about how to refer to this cosplay. In the English dub she calls herself Countess Popover (*sigh* oh DIC), but in the original Japanese she just disguises herself as a 'pretty princess'. So I always just called it Princess Usagi's dress, or her Masquerade dress...
Until I was at a con, and a fan yelled out "Is that a drunk Usagi cosplay?" Then it hit me, ya that's probably the most memorable thing about that episode, it was the first time Usagi got drunk. Haha, I'll have to carry a martini glass with me next time!
