First off, I would like to say you're getting so much better at realistic drawings! Looking back at the others and then looking at this one I see so much improvement it's almost unreal~!

Starting with the hair, I think it looks amazing. The colours all go together and make it look really realistic~ the only thing I would say is the bit of hair going onto the neck kind of look's like it's stuck to the skin but that could be fixed with a tiny bit more shading.

The next thing I would like to comment on is the shape of the face, its absolutely perfect! The shading of the skin is amazing, everything about the face is perfectly toned! Over all I just adore the way you coloured the face~ It's beautifully done.

When it comes to the shoulder area the colours used for the shading are perfect, but it looks ever so slightly blotchy; apart from that it's really well done~
