熊猫 is Panda in Chinese熊 = bear
猫 = cat
We call red pandas small bear cats, red cat bears or red bear cats
The last one is kinda funny.. cuz red and bear in Chinese sound the same... so it just sounds like I'm saying red red cat or bear bear cat ...and then no one understands that I'm talking about the red panda OTL
