Shorty and Scarface or The Phantom saiyans
or Pumbkin and Onion from the filler episode "The Pendullum Room".

These guys are the second saiyans we see in the series,and just like the first one Raditz ,they were menacing and a big threat
In the episode we see thousands of skeletons dressed in saiyan armor .
Later we see that melting with their own body heat was one of their abilities,witch makes me to belive that they probably killed everybody there before the Z fighers showed up.
Even being not full saiyan they managed to murder all of our heroes (Tien Chaotzu Krillin and Yamacha)Ofc they were alive when they got back but they lost their fight in that training.

In the guide books of the movies they are said to have a power level of 3.000
but that would be inconsistent with their class and the movies have different continuities .
Normally they should be at much lower level as they were explained by Kami, they had half of the power of a full fledged saiyan warrior and they were at the bottom of the class.

Their heat manipulation technique is some we didn't see often with othet saiyan abilities so that was interesting.
Scarface seemed to have this been lazer technique I tried to show there and Shorty had a green explosion like wave similar to the ones broly had.

The background and atmosphere is what I liked the most the colours of the sky the destroyed alien buildings very interesting to look at
I will make sure to draw them again in the future
