Obrut, my RIR/Turbo Time OC. headcanon: Obrut and Turbo were always really close to each other, because of their codes. When Turbo burned, Obrut felt the pain too, and while burning, Turbos codes have been really damaged. But Obrut loved Turbo that much, that he programmed some of his own, but healthy codes into Turbo, so he didn't died. Obrut almost died because of this, but eventually he had left so many codes in him, he could survived. That is the reason why Obrut is so damn glitchy, because he gived Turbo most of his healthy codes. Turbo doesn't knows about what Obrut did to him, and Obrut didn't told anything about that to Turbo either.
