Description
This one was actually completed over a year ago as a possible submission for the upcoming Vampire Art Now book.

After a year of not hearing back I figured I didn't make it into the book, but only a few weeks ago I got an email from the editor, that this painting was chosen (along with a select few others) for a sequel 'postcard book' as well. So it did actually make it into the book (along with 2 others: Golden tempest and Broken Desires)!! I was so excited I screamed and fell off my chair. I have yet to receive my copy of the book (probably next month I was told) but I know now that I am finally official published! I couldn't be more thrilled! Especially sine the first book in the 'Art Now' series was circulated so much that I actually bought it years before in a local book store and the idea that I could pick up a book there and see my own art in it has me stunned. ^^

So I've been waiting all this time to upload this image. It was a combination of two other drawings I did in the past -Blood Roses- and an old Byakuya painting I did. Also sorry for all the watermarks. I saved this small version over a year ago and I must have been on a watermark kick then. >.>

I'm so excited to be finally posting this image on DA with the knowledge that I was finally good enough to get in a widely circulated coffee table art book. ^^
