Description 3/7 pieces created in Svalbard.

This is a dove made out of stone, and is a twin to my "Are You Ready To Go Now" crow piece. [link]

Where the crow in "Are You Ready To Go Now" represents new possibilities and travel, this piece represents halted movement and stasis. The dove is frozen in stone, and has an exhausted appearance. The cord the dove carries is black and dull, and both ends are invisible, communicating a lack of change.

About 5x7 inches. Scratchboard and watercolor.
