Shortly after 2029, the world once again is at war. Large advances in Bio technology has resulted in remarkable discoveries in DNA and Genetic Mutations has started to help make the world a better place, by being able to spot and cure human defects. However, a group of desperate insurrectionist in Southern Africa have taken doctors as hostages, and rumors of dirty bombs and super virus' start spreading causing mass pandemonium. Worse yet, the African countries have not been doing anything to stop the terrorists. Trying to be as delicate as possible, United Nation's member decided that mass use of mercenary military members could have a chance at stopping the insurrectionists in their tracks, without having major ties to the home country.

Enter Daniel F. York, a dishonorably discharged marine (framed for something he didn't do) who's only goal aside from the day-to-day is to find the one who framed him.

Daniel lived a rough life before joining the armed forces, living in a home with a drunk dad and fidgety mother. School was somewhat rough for Daniel, but he got through to high school and graduated. However, thinking he had no other option for better his life and education, he turned to the marines. He would later find that he found his true calling in life, only it to be crushed for something he did not do. Getting kicked out of the marines for planted drugs.

Since his discharge, he found a mercenary group , known as the Black List, that continues operations on the front lines and joined, and then received the rank of First Sergent. And was given a three man squad.
