I believe the literal meaning is good.

korewaiidesu is how you'll pronounce it. Kore meaning this (I think, I'll have to make sure later), wa (some sort of connector of sorts), ii (meaning good/cool,etc), and desu (meaning is). So, in literal English it would be...
