I am never painting another city background with bricks and tiles ever again. /lieThis is a veery late prize to miss for winning a spot in the HEART contest~~ Also consider this a late birthday prezzy >->
I had LOTs of fun with this. especially the grafitti.
/I don't care for the bricks or tiles. they kill. I also have no idea why I added in sparks in the scene.
Hayato is OC for her story, Meltdown. I hope I didn't make him fugly...I've never drawn in this style before. / Reborn influenced 8D

next time you do brick just get a picture of actual brick and filter it to look like art work brick....

Pretty cool, did you use textures when you made the background.
And was this the method:
1. You draw the line art.
2. Create a new layer and do the flat colours.
3. Then add light and shadows.
4. THen add textures to add realism.
Cause im going into animation and I'm really interested.
