You're welcome! So are just about every one of your other Shaka pictures, just in case I don't comment on each one. X3 His expressions and the other characters I see make me wonder what's going on in all of the images.
( I have this one up as a desktop wallpaper now, btw. He's a biiit pixellated but still gorgeous. )

I feel bad about him being pixellated...the original one was huge and didn't fit with the texture...so, I decided to make it smaller as long as the background effect can be put in. I am glad that you like how I illustrate Shaka. I have been capturing the perfect image of him inside my head for too long. I want Shaka to act like more a human rather than a "close to God"-being.

The texture does look good, too - but do you still have the larger image? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd love to see it, background texture or no!
I also like it when Shaka's shown to be human. Fics, images, and of course canon(I loved Hades Sanctuary/Inferno for that!). I roleplay him a little and that's what I'm trying to explore. :3 You really do show the humanity in him, more than anyone I've seen on dA - leaving out the romantic/slashy pictures, I guess, but even then I think yours are the best I've seen.

I haven't cosplayed him, though if I ever had the chance I just might (though I'm not nearly pretty enough; maybe I should be a short Aldebaran instead X3). I roleplay - collaborative storytelling is a good term for it. So I'm trying to do with writing the same thing you're trying to do with pictures, I think: become better at portraying our own versions of him, to make him more - hm, real? I hesitate to use that word since some people think characters are /really/ real--
I want to understand him better and show people what he's like, at least for me. He's so different from me in most ways that it's difficult, but it's interesting!

It's almost too bad characters like Shaka aren't real - but if they were I wouldn't think of them like I do, I'm sure. I'd be too embarrassed. X3 But since he's not, I hope we will find something interesting!

Hehehe...how would it look like to have a guy with 1 meters honey blond hair standing in front of you? To me it can be very weird...I'd freak out in no time in that case. I am putting up a list of all doujinshi/OC mangas I am planning to finsh during the next decate
