It doesn't really bother me, as long as they aren't claiming it as their own work.
I've had others use my works all over the place but to me it'll be pointless trying to get every single art I made taken down.
Of course stealing is wrong but what can u really do about it?

Which as far as I can see, they aren't. 'Her' account is practically made up of stolen artwork. AFAIK, only the original artist can report art theft on DA now. I'd have done it myself otherwise and I _have_ in the past.

Its still not good to use others works without permission but I see no harm as long as they aren't altering anything or editing my watermark.
Its best to support the original artist.
