Beautiful shot! This picture flatters this commonly misunderstood species, possibly because it;s taken from the right angle, with the right characteristics mostly focused ( bug ears and nose, watery eyes) and the right behavior ( the inquisitive hyena is something rarely seen in hyena picture in contrast with the aggressive and snarling hyena ) ! With that said, im off favoring it
