She makes a great Luna! Might have done the eyeliner differently, since that technique make the eyes look smaller. I'd want to make Luna's eyes look as big as possible

x3 That's true, but Luna doesn't wear that much make up in the first place so putting too much on would be out of character.

You wouldn't need to use more

Just apply the eyeliner outside the rim of the eyelashes as opposed to the inside, and I'd probably use brown instead of black.
