Excellent, nice work on.. well everything. His lips look realistic, as do his eyes. The nose seems to be painted amazingly well, it looks perfect. The only issue i have is that it doesn't look like he's wearing a shirt, it doesn't .. blend? I'm not sure why though! Nice work nonetheless !

the forms are way too soft witch in semi-realistic drawings like that adds a lot of dullness.Separate the forms better to make it a more pleasing image.
