YES!! done!!! I hope a lot of people like this one because I love it even though it isn't blurred. I'm so damn proud of it!!! I was inspired by my school for holding a luau dance so I did this for them. I love her hair and ok I got a lil highlight happy but it gives it almost a wet feel I believe. Mmm so much to say so little to say I don't even know anymore! Well here.Drawing-

Also, I did draw a background, but that would of taken an extra 4 hours to color and I didn't want to do that so I went online and searched up ocean backgrounds. Hope you all enjoy!

The detailed shading in the hair is awesome, but the colors you've chosen this time make the whole picture seem a bit flat. A different shade for hilights and shadows would do good. I'd also do something with the photo background - perhaps a simple vector-style background would work better? Overall it's good work, but not one of your very best in my opinion.

Nah, trust me I think my colored pencil stuff is a lot better if only my scanner weren't so crappy. I really want a tablet to be honest. Sadly my poor butt can't get one. Hehehe, having an artists block right now as well, which is why my pirate I have done over about 15 times since I hate the results everytime. Anyways thanks for the Crit ^-^ I'll keep that in mind *always sucked at backgrounds XP*
