Any girls out there remember the American Girl series? My favorite is the girl from the Great Depression era, Kit. She's such a cute kid, and she's smart to boot.

Kit is my recent favorite, my first two were Kirsten and Josephina (with a bit of Samantha) long before Kit ever came about. Kit's story is probably the most interesting one to me, though, because you get to watch her learn how to grow and adapt with the changes that life brings. She actually started out kinda bratty, and then she happened to change into the mature, smart little cookie we know and love.

I always loved Kit because she was the writer. I read these so much when I was younger. (Felicity, Kit, and Molly were my favorites. ^^)

Kit looks so cute in your style. I love the pose.

When I was seven, I got a Kirsten doll. (I still haven't read the last Kaya book...I always meant to do that. xD)

I had a few of the dolls as a kid (Kirsten, Josephina, and Samantha were the ones I got), all Christmas/Hanukkah gifts. The last Kaya book was pretty well done, I liked it a lot and it was one I owned out of the series.

Ahhhh, such memories this brings =3

I used to adore those books when I was younger, heck, I still read 'em when my little sis gets them from the libraery xD

My sis felt the same and got the Kit doll and movie from our grandparents for a birthday gift.

Personaly, I preferd Josefina, the spanish one, and have her doll and a few acceries for her.



Anywho, nough reminencing on my part.

The drawing look sgreat, it really looks like the Kit from the movie, esspecialy the freckles and camera.

I adored them when I was younger too... in fact, I remember when the Hispanic girl was the new one, Josefina! O_O Wow, I hadn't realized it's been so long!
