I love the detail in the face and the simplicity in the hair. I'm not sure how I feel about the rabbit ears (or what looks like to be rabbit ears), but I do realize that this was a commissioned piece. This is still a spectacular piece and well deserving of a DD.

Yes, the entire piece is watercolor, and the squares are as well. They were simply gridded out before painting them.
