You should also keep the umbrella around... you can use it Wile E. Coyote style in case any large chunks of the building cave in.

I like the use of high contrast, it really brings the model out of the picture. The opposing angles of the sidewalk (bridge?) and the building behind give a lot of depth to the background as well. Very nice shot.

thanks! i never really noticed the opposing angles in the shot before, but actually it seems that they make it quite interesting and dynamic. (why didn't i see them before???)
the sidewalk/bridge is actually more of a long porch-type entrance in front of the JAR Architecture building on-campus.
