Ah, ok, I'm seeing what she means now!

See, the word "discharge' has always been 'gender specific' for me, and not from a male perspective.

Now I see that she was meaning that from a different perspective, and yes, I would say that that IS a good title, whether it's 'politically correct' or 'appropriate' or not, I'm sure, but it DOES describe what it looks like.

Am I 'beating around the bush' too much?....

hmmm. never really thought about it like that. was thinking that 'discharge' meant pus, or yellow-matter custard (dripping from a dead dog's eye).

you see, we were doing a studio project and we were thinking up a title for it late at night. we were toying with the concept of spilling over, overflowing, etc. jokingly/desperately-for-a-title, i suggested 'discharge' and it was shot down because i was told it sounded "like bile". 'discharge' became stigmatized to me as inappropriate in any context i try to put it in, so now i'm just trying to stick the word somewhere.

Well, discharge, obviously, is something that a firearm does too.

I guess that the word might have a negative, or 'gross' connotation to it, but it can always be used if accurate.
