You've managed to make it both ominous and deep. Great shading! Not to mention that it looks freaking huge.
Favorite part of this picture is probably the higher parts of the towers were the lights strike; together with the blue sky above it.
I'm thinking prison, Alcatraz, with a bit of magic. It also looks abandoned, concrete-like buildings have a tendency to do that.
Maybe it's full of life and a happy place that takes the viewer by surprise, if they get to find out, or maybe it's like "1984" ministry of love.
Lets hope not!
